Stone Profiling Machine

Stone profiling machine is a kind of mechanical equipment specially used for processing stone. It can process stone products with the same appearance according to the shape of the stone surface, such as sculptures, countertops, fireplaces, etc. The use of stone profiling machine can greatly improve the accuracy and efficiency of stone processing.

The working principle of stone profiling machine is mainly to obtain profiling data by scanning the shape of the stone surface, and cut along the contour of the profiling data by computer-controlled cutting tools. 

The specific steps are as follows:

1. Make a sample: First, you need to make a stone sample for scanning and profiling. The sample is usually carved manually or made by CNC machine tools.

2. Scan the stone surface: Place the stone on the stone profiling machine, scan the surface of the stone through the scanning head of the machine, record the shape information of the surface, and store this information in the computer.

3. Design the profiling profile: Use computer software to convert the scanned stone surface data into a three-dimensional model, and design the profiling profile as needed.

4. Control tool cutting: Place the stone to be processed on the stone profiling machine. The computer controls the tool to cut according to the set profiling contour.
