2. Bridge saw machine maintenance requirements:

1. After daily use, clean the dust, stone chips, oil stains and other debris on the surface of the equipment to keep the appearance of the equipment clean and tidy. Regularly clean the key parts such as the cutting head, guide rails, and screws to prevent debris accumulation from affecting the accuracy of the equipment‌.

2. Before starting the machine, check whether the connection of each part is firm, such as whether the bolts and nuts are loose. Check whether the electrical system is normal, including whether the wires are damaged and the plugs are loose. Check whether the cooling system is unobstructed and whether the coolant is sufficient‌.

3. Regularly check the cutting accuracy of the equipment, and adjust it in time if deviation is found. Adjust the verticality, parallelism and other parameters of the cutting head to ensure the cutting quality‌.

‌4. According to the use of the equipment, regularly replace wearing parts such as cutting blades, belts, seals, etc. When replacing parts, choose original parts with reliable quality to ensure the performance of the equipment.

5. Lubricating oil. Maintain the sealing and oil level of the rack support oil pool at both ends of the bed. The V-shaped guide rail and the tool rack in the bed oil pool must also maintain the oil level. When the oil deteriorates or water enters, the oil should be changed in time. The manual pump of the lifting circular guide lubrication system should be filled with 30# mechanical oil and oiled at least once per shift. Frequently observe the oil level of the bed forward and backward moving reducer, tool feed reducer and spindle oil window, and change the oil at least once a year.
